Lucky, while still controlled by a live person, was far more complicated. He was a full blown AA figure, with a lot of automation built in so that he really looked like he was interacting with the guests (blinking, smiling, purring and roaring, etc.). The difference between Push and Lucky is like the difference between a Cessna single engine plane and the space shuttle.
