I have to confess, I'm being selfish lately by trying to let my sister-in-law allow me to bring her two little daughters (4 and 7) to Disneyland for the first time. They can't really afford it but I shouldn't take that away from them. I would just love to take the girls there. They are at that perfect age. I remember the one year my son ran all over trying to get as many autographs as he could. I really miss those moments

I think at the time I was a little scared but never fussed or cried but numerous years later I think its were the Magic began for me, I was emersed in the story and the fun. Another is years ago when MadiGras Parade was running and my daughter was given a beaded necklace and got to dance with the characters, she was very little and just beaming ear to ear. The most recent was at the Animation Building at DCA by grandson who was 15 months loves JoJo, the building was relatively empty and JoJo was in the area with the artwork and maquets , he ran to her and she put her arms around him then sat on the floor with him and played and hugged and whisper in his ear for over 15 minutes it was love for him and I think a little for JoJo too!

When the parade stopped - they picked him to join in and shake the shaker thing (not sure what it's call) Really Cool ~ That parade was one of my favorite. Well we went back a couple more times during our week visit and each time they picked him to do the shaker. Just NEAT ~ Of course now he can take Disney or not. He says he really wants to go, but the last 2 years he backed out. He used to be my Disney partner. I told him he has turned on me - just like the other 3 of my kids. They seem to be Disney burned out ~ I didn't know that could happen to anyone. Thank goodness for the grandkids.

The parade began again and we continued to watch. The next pause is when it happened. Louie had been at the back of the previous "set" and Baloo was at the front of the next "set" of the parade. BAloo walked past us and when the parade cam to a pause again, Baloo walked ALL the way back to my daughter. The sun was out, the sky was blue and my little girl's smile could be seen for miles. That ladies and gentlemen is my Magic Moment.

Just before the sailing ship Columbia took off, Wendy, Peter, Smee and Hook all joined us for the voyage. Hook engaged my son in a sword fight, Wendy grabbed my hand and took me down stairs to search for Hook's treasure and Smee and Peter posed for pictures with all on board. It was a priceless experience! One time when I was in the park alone and feeling kind of down a security guard noticed I looked sad and gave me a lolly pop. I will never forget his kindness. He cheered me right up. There are so many moments of joy, little and big with CM's over the years, that I could fill a book. Each visit has treasured memories and unforgetable experiences.
