And even though I miss WoM A LOT, TT still is fun, it's a guilty pleasure for FW. And it's not too rough, Bobbe... Give it a try. The worst part is the banked curve, and it's not too steep. The rest is like riding in a convertible.

Felt odd after Hippogryph at WWoHP, but was fine after Forbidden Journey. It's all about sensation.

I am afraid thrills and toons doe neither IMHO. I am not against meet and greets for those who want them, and thrills if appropriate to theme. But I would really love something that wows on a cerebral level as Disney used to do it best.

Cerebral isn't the direction they are looking for, though, Dave. It's all about shilling the brand. Watching the 'Disney Parks' infomercial yesterday just showcased that in spades. They want to homogenize (hence their problems in China) their product to a LCD level.

Parks like EPCOT, DAK, TDS (although that one they don't quite care about like the others since they don't own one percent of it) are much tougher to dumb down than a MK-style park or a Studios-themed one partly because they do consist a great deal of the edutainment type of experiences. You can't sell Hannah Montana DVDs in Germany or Iron Man 2 toys in Norway or Toy Story 3 merchandise in Harambe, no matter how much you'd like to!

"America can’t move forward until we once again believe...that everyone can enter Frontierland if they try hard enough, and that no one will be denied a dream because a private party has rented out Tomorrowland."

Wait... I thought the Chinese didn't mind this as the characters they wanted, like Marvel, were accepted on the same level as Mickey and the gang, seeing that they are American/Western?
