You then go in the box and play all the games and such. The Andy's room concept makes a lot more sense in WDW, where the queue takes you through a series of rooms that are full of oversized toys. In DCA, one moment you're outside, and the next you're under a roof but still outside and you're supposed to be a toy in Andy's room. The only logic I've found to support that claim is the mural on the wall that the cars go in is painted just like the toyset box on the floor of the room in the baclony as you exit, meaning that you're the size of a toy when you're on the ride. However, it's still a very modern design for the toy box that doesn't fit the Victorian seaside pier at all, but that's another rant for another thread.

Walt then moved the ride and the concept of Tribute to the world to Disneyland, adding in some features and the most up to date AA's of the time. It still is a tribute to the world with a few Disney characters added in now. I don't think it has a story other than that you are taking a cruise around the world and all the world will be singing to you a sometimes great sometimes utterly annoying song.
