Looks like a beer garden to me! (And I'm an expert on that topic)

But while it was apparent that the concept was still up in the air, others (and I really can't recall just where) were reporting rather somewhat definitively that a beer garden was being built. At least, there were posters here who were repeating the "fact" that wasn't really a fact at the time. And it still crops up now and then, even now when we have pretty solid evidence for what is actually being built.
