Her blood pressure was down conciderably this morning so that is a good thing. DD's mother-in-law us not having surgery for a couple of days now. Do not know the details on that but she has no money and no insurance so I am sure that has something to do with it. The clot is in her carotid artery. That sounds really serious to me. So, we are all (two grandkids, two daughters, me) headed outside on this beautiful, sunshiny day. (One never knows how many of those you will have in a row up here.)

I am like what the *bleep* is going on and Carissa(DD1) says, "We got our home loan!!" and Shawnette(DD2) says that her midwife called and everything looks just fine, we can go back to the original plans and sometimes babies just do things like this to us. So it was all happy crying. The home loan thing is a long long story. They already lost one house because of the underwriter. So they are really excited that now, once they find a house, the paperwork is done and ready to go. Just got word that the MIL is being sent home with blood thinners for two weeks. Then they will reevaluate her. I do not trust doctors or hospitals and this sounds like a story out of Sicko. This is totally out of my hands. I can only pray for her and her family. You will all be notified when it is time to set up the virtual waiting room. Hopefully not for another week or two. Of course, if anything changes I will let you all know. Keep up the positive vibes. We are all breathing a little easier. Thank you so much for being there.
