You might be able to get it through Amazon UK or some other European retailer, although some may have policies against shipping videos overseas.

Be aware, though, that you would need a DVD player that can play non region 1 discs and that can translate from the PAL video format to NTSC.

I have to say that I find it quite funny to read people asking about how to buy the European DVD because I want the US one!

HoND is easily my favorite Disney film (in fact it is my favorite film, period).
So I was really looking forward to this DVD. Imagine my surprise to find that there is no Audio commentary on the UK disc. I'm gutted, I feel like I've paid full price for half a DVD. As already mentioned we do have the other Multi-Language section and we have the "missing" song "Someday" but we are also missing the Documentary hosted by Jason Alexander. I realise that it is fairly cheesy as I caught it on the Disney channel when the film came out, but without this or the audio commentary there are no actual extras which feature the people who made the movie talking about the movie other than to briefly introduce other clips.

Two extras that we did get that are quite cool are a short piece about the computer generated imagery that is quite funny and an early presentation reel featuring Alan Menken singing "Out There" with alternative lyrics set to some pre production artwork which is very cool. Did you get these in the US?

I have to agree that the movie looks and sounds great and I've even found myself noticing details I had previously missed.

Anyway, sorry to rant but I do feel better now. I'm off to Amazon.com to order the US version!!!!

No, they weren't on the US version.

Why didn't they just release the 2-disc one with everything on it for everyone ???
