Because I have participated in DTD, D/L and DCA surveys and found the questions to be worded in a manner that doesn't allow the guest to say what it is they want. Its more like, zip code, how many days are you here, did you eat at a restaurant, when are you planning to return. Then they get your email addy and direct you to fill out an online questionnaire. Which I did do. Then I began getting semi-threatening emails telling me that I agreed to fill out the survey online, but failed to do so. Now I just tell them NO. Here is what I believe. ultimately believe: If they have to ask their guests what it is that they want, then the wrong people are running the company. It simply shows they don't understand the business that they are in. But then that as been so apparent through the last 15 years.

What they need to figure out is what do they need to do to bring back the ones put off by the recent additions.
