I took the "now" photos in the course of one day. I had more "then" shots, but in many cases couldn't match the angle. This one is slightly closer. The original was shot from the door of the Monorail Cafe (remember?). I actually got it because I was shooting the Bell Hops. The "now shot" is closer, because Starabilia is closer to the new Monorail station. As I stood with my back up against the window, I heard the monorail heading 'round the corner, and then got chills when I saw it was the exact same train--Monorail Blue! I guess Walt wanted the shots to match as closely as possible!
