I, too, was hurt on the job and was immediately chastised and told to go back to work or lose my job at Christmas. I fell off of a loft ladder. The ladder was illegally used in the stores, but that didn't bother the manager. I was then warned that I had to use the ladder properly - but i.e., the ladder was replaced the following week after another individual also fell off too. If the Disney Store was the last place to work, I would rather die of starvation. Don't get me wrong, I love Disney - just not this part of the Company. It needs to go the way of Dinosaurs!
