They only have three animatronic ones, and quite a few static Figments - meaning they don't move at all. For anyone who's been and seen the finale scene, you know why I'm complaining. It's just a little distracting to hear all the Figments singing, and not one of them is moving his mouth! And 2 - still too much dead space. Even with this second rehab, they've still left to much empty space between the main sets, and even the main sets aren't really that detailed. Again, I doubt it would have taken too much money to add a few more kinetic props and things to look at here. But aside from those things, I really enjoyed it. The song is wonderful (as are the new lyrics), and really draws the whole thing together. And the few animatronic Figments they have are as cute as ever! They're going to sell A LOT of merchandise - which I'm sure was the whole point in the first place. Head on down to Epcot and check it out for your self - you won't be sorry. FIGMENT IS BACK!!!!!

You see, the speakers would be fire colored and the Firefighter Figment would come above the screen speakers and spray us with a light mist and all the sudden it would be a jungle while Figment, on a screen, could sing a verse from "One Little Spark". To get to the sight lab, a little "Imagination Institute" hallway with Figment or Dr. Channing saying, "Next Stop: The Sight Lab" while "One Little Spark" plays in the background. Then, the attraction would be complete...

I was soooooo disappointed when I rode the rehab, and the only sign of Figment was the chalk outline of his dead body on the starfield room wall. I look forward to seeing him again. We got stuck inside the old ride, twice, and the kinetic props and animatronics were certainly part of the magic for us. It wouldn't kill them to put some of that back.... especially the books, literature, music and art references.
