It's good to know i'm not the only one < I printed this off and showed it to my DW -- I too color code -- and also have pocket size printouts of the daily hours / EMH in red / parade and fireworks times etc... I am not sure if she now believes I am any more sane or if the Insane Disney Spread Sheet Gang is just larger than she believed -- LOL !!!!

But I leave it at the hotel, and at night highlight what we did. Thereby knowing what we haven't done and may want to. My darling children laughed at me. Originally Posted By AuroraRose mine is based on where i'm going and what i'm doing in june, so it won't be much help--what i do is make a calander in excel, and then put the open and close times in for each day. i code each park a different color, add the things i want to do on each day, add any reservation #'s i have to the day they are for, any parade times, rehabs, EMH, ETC. I highlight the entire day that i'll be in the park, the color of the park, and there you have it. I use the calendars available at disney.go.com to get my info. hope this helps.
