For a Child Left Behind, perhaps it isn't. And let's explore this "creating jobs" thing. How many? Where? At what pay scale? Don't just float a theory, give us details. How wonderful will it be for our economy if all these lovely oil worker jobs suddenly materialize on the new wells they haven't dug (as opposed to the old ones they also haven't dug)? How is this superior to creating jobs in science, art, education, healthcare, and alternative energy? And who does it benefit? The oil workers, or the executive board of Exxon/Mobil? Sheesh.

BTW, they have Colorado, Michigan, Virginia and Ohio as the states most in play.
