    That'd be Mrs. McCain.

I think these SNL sketches are funny. But I am amazed that John McCain would agree to be on the show with Tina Fey playing Sarah Palin!! What is up with that?

The whole thing is utterly stupid, and if McCain's campaign experts really stopped and and thought about what they were doing -- they wouldn't.

I think it makes him look like a dope.

Scratch that...the only time I can STAND McCain is when he's on SNL. I don't think I will ever like him again.

I thought that is what he was doing at that moment.

I think McCain agreed to some of the stuff, like Palin goin' Rogue, an OK because he knows he is going to lose, and he's a good sport. And that stuff was FUNNY. Heck, the rogue stuff may have been McCain's idea.
It was McCain's good night kiss.

Its wierd, but that one sort of bothered me. After the second debate where he wandered around the stage in a phisically awkward way, I felt sad for him. So the joke just didn't seem all that funny, to me.

15 years ago, we had Bubba playing his saxaphone on Arsenio Hall, now we have John McCain on SNL playing himself with Tina Fey mocking his Vice President.

    Bizarre!!

Honestly, watching the skits I came to the conclusion that he has already conceeded, and is now relaxing and taking things easy. I sincerely doubt he'd have agreed to go on the program under those circumstances (making fun of Palin and all that) if the race were tighter.

***I think it makes him look like a dope.***

I thought he looked fine. He's a pretty funny guy when he's not all cheesed off.

Frankly, I got the impression that he was simply acknowledging what a joke things have become, AND the fact that Palin threw him under the bus (Having clips of stuff like that to look back on in 4 years sure ain't gonna help her, and I think he knows that).

Or maybe I just read too much into it. :p

You have to see it. Any attempts at comedy fall flat. It makes her look terrible. She talks about taking away NBC's broadcast license as soon as she becomes VP. I guess it was meant to be funny, but nobody laughed, and she looked like a mean-spirited shrew.

Seriously. I really think she had no idea how this piece would make her look. She really is not the brightest bulb.

Let me know what you think when you west coasters get a look.
