Beyond that I would expect that 99% of the CM's have never seen the woman face to face.

Would your company move you into a postion heading a division you had no experience in whatsoever? And I'm guessing no one here works where they'd suddenly find themselves running a multi-billion dollar unit. Does any of this make sense to you?
