She didn't expand on her trip much. She made a donation to a synagogue and was able to go there. It wasn't that hard, amazingly enough. :-D She was going to go there again this month but decided not to spend the $. You should go!

There are only 2 limitations to credit cards in Cuba, cannot be issued by an American Bank, and no American Express regardless. (I find this odd as say a Polish Visa can be used, despite Visa being American). My mom didn't marry a Latino.
