Big Thunder Mountain has some great sets, but as a coaster is rather lacking. I realize that if the coaster went any faster you couldn't see the great sets, but I'm not judging these things on their value as attractions; just on their value as roller coasters. For the record, you will notice that I did not say it was Disney's best coaster, or the best coaster in Florida, because it is neither. But I still stand by my contention that it is Disney's best coaster in Florida. Oops… my bad. I was forgetting about Expedition Everest. Nevermind…

The studios need a few more rides. Even if a few of them are not E-ticket. It would be nice to give it a little more to do and take some of the pressure off of TOT and RNRC. Another thing I noticed is the neon signs on TOT! I don't think I've seen them work correctly since I've gone to the park the first time (in 1999!)! Sheesh! Fix the Hollywood Tower Hotel sign...you're Disney! (before someone jumps on me here the first section of this post is not sarcastic and the second part....well if you didn't catch that I can't help ya.)

The guy is going to come to the park every time he visits WDW in Orlando ensuring that Disney most likely gets their 4-day minimum expected park revenue regardless of the state of the park. Yes - a real Indy ride (like the DL version) would be a tremendous addition to the Studios, as would be a new Star Wars film for Star Tours. Or perhaps some new dark ride based upon another Pixar film. Something, anything new .......

The addition of Midway Mania will only give it 6. By comparison, Animal Kingdom has 7, Epcot 9 (10 if you count Body Wars), and Magic Kingdom has the most at 22! Even Disney/MGM's direct competitor, Universal Studios Florida has 9 rides! I'd love to see them add Indy to the Studios, but, I'd also like to see some new, never before seen attractions as well. A permanant Nightmare Before Christmas dark ride would be a great addition! A water based attraction is sorely missed here, too. And as far as existing attractions, the Tram Tour is the attraction that needs the most attention. Catastrophe Canyon is good, but, they need MORE segments like this on the tour. Add the Journey to the Center of the Earth scene, or a Pirates of the Caribbean movie scene. SOMETHING! If they were to add some more exciting scenes to the ride, it could once again be a headliner attraction for the park!

Or another option would be a mine car ride through a temple/cavern/volcano complex - only problem there is capacity.

It's supposed to be a dilapitated old hotel from the 30's that got struck by lightning! The flickering sign is a great detail that Disney added in there! If they fixed it it wouldn't look as menacing and abandoned!
