Love the photo updates every week. Some of the commentary annoys me, but not enought to stop reading the updates obviously, or I would have stopped. <<< I check Miceage much less frequently than in the past, I like mintcrocodile because it's pictures without the commentary, though I do like the picutres on Miceage, it can't leaves a sour taste in the mouth with the nonsensical/sarcastic stuff. >>>This actually does annoy me too. They go on and on about how crappy Disneyland is, then rave about Knotts. Please, the castle looks fantastic to me, and a lot of the stuff is meant to light up at night anyway.

Well, seems like an excuse for criticizing Disney. Sure, some criticism makes sense, such as park upkeep, but it seems that Miceage has taken it to a new level with refussal to even discuss/report basic Disneyland/Imagineering related news items, and with pumping up the reputation of Knott's. Will Miceage report on Star Wars Celebration? . . .

Funny, that.>> I think most here who left LP basically liked what it was. In MY experience (limited as it may be), some major cliques here became irritated and left. Then the boards changed from a somewhat conservative slant to a largely liberal slant. At first just the conservatives left, but that was followed by moderates who just couldn't stand the bashing any more. Facebook also took away a bunch of people. So did the diminishing content on LP. They used to have a WONDERFUL section with photos of the Disneyland Parks. It is what first brought me to LP. All that is gone now. I think those who remain are those who really love Disney and like a little more intelligent discussion of the issues than you find at most sites. At times it also takes having a rather think skin. But I still love LP.

If you click on the series of photos across the top of the screen, it will take you to whatever post the photo originated in. I don't know if you can still get to them by exploring what's in each park

When I read the column it pretty much outlines some of Miceage's supposed beef with Disney regarding Disneyland, such as: ***When I asked about DCA, he acknowledged the large investment in park upgrades, but noted, “They had no choice. You can only charge so much for people to come in and shop and eat. You see, Disneyland is the real issue. They keep making cosmetic changes and minor updates, and there are constant rumors and hints of major attractions, but nothing concrete ever happens.”*** Miceage is a one-sided album with a couple of songs: 1. DCA is fixed ballad. "DCA is fixed, send the money to expand Disneyland and rip-out stuff we don't like like Nemo!" 2. Good-Bye to Nemo March! "Walking down Main St. USA before they rip-out Nemo!" 3. Why ain't our rumors a comin' true? "Why ain't all of those rumors about rippin' out the PeopleMover track and Innoventions a comin' true?" 4. We Hate Magic Bands the Musical. "We hate them! We hate them! How dare Iger limit our parking and fast-passes, we're the true residents of Disneyland so let us spread our blankets and live in peace! 5. What rumor shall we fabricate this week? Dusty Sage ballad. "What shall I say? I'll have to call WDW74/Jim Hill and push his rumors on Toontown if I can't think what to say . . . today! . . . today!" 6. Good-Bye to Autopia March! "Walking down Main St. USA before they rip-out the Autopia!" 7. Good-Bye to Innoventions March! "Walking down Main St. USA before they rip-out Innoventions!" 8. Innoventions is getting a 60th Anniversary surprise! "Forget about Tomorroland the movie folks, it's all about the 60th!"
