There are plenty of people who have desires to do what Michael Jackson did and our society would burn them alive if they found out. They would be convicted of all wrongdoing even if they didn't actually molest kids, just "slept" with them and owned books of nude young boys. They would die in jail.

Actually... 2 of them will be able to go back to their mother who was paid off/forced to give up her parental rights.

They'll grow up being known as MJs kids but a lot of celebity kids have that burden.

The money they'll have will help protect them.

No official word but likely. She had been trying to get back her rights for some time and does have some relation with them.

The 3rd child is the issue.

His estate will revel Elvis's. While he has big debt he also has huge assets and his estates earning potential is big.

She was basically a surrogate but since it was done in a way to make it look like a 'kinda' real marriage it does make her seem weird.

The 3rd was born with a true surrogate.

How about the South Carolina Governor? I bet his favorite singer right now is Michael Jackson.

Last anyone knew, he wanted them to go to his mother if anything happened to him. I suppose that will be what happens. I would also guess the bio mom of two of them will be re-integrated into their lives with the iea she'll get them, if she moves the court to do so, given the age of Jackson's mother especially. It's anyone's guess what happens to the third one. If Debbie Rowe could/would do it, maybe she adopts the child, keeping the three kids together. I could also see LaToya making a play, but that would be ill-advised.

Like everything else, this sounds crazy.

But there's a lot of Jacksons around, and I'm guessing they can absorb these three kids into the clan. Even the blonde haired blue-eyed one - he's still a Jackson.

And yeah - these kids face a lifetime of notoriety, at least. Not so sure about the money. Early reports are that Michael had about $400 million in debt. Sure, there's assets within his estate, but it's not likely to balance against $400 million.

To add to the confusion, two of them have the same name - Prince Michael I and Prince Michael II - or "Blanket". That may be a cute nickname when you're just a little kid, but it doesn't hold up well over time.

I would imagine Neverland Ranch will be transformed into a tourist attraction: The west coast version of Graceland. Is it pretty much in tact or has it been chopped up and auctioned off?

I think the Jackson clan will be ok. He does have tons of debt, but he also owns half of Sony Music (IIRC) that owns the rights to the Beatles music. The value is said to be worth over 1 billion. Between that, his properties, and who-knows-what-else-he-has, his kids will do just fine.

    He Knew.

Years ago Michael and I were having a deep conversation about life in general.

I can't recall the exact subject matter but he may have been questioning me about the circumstances of my Fathers Death.

At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, "I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did."

I promptly tried to deter him from the idea, at which point he just shrugged his shoulders and nodded almost matter of fact as if to let me know, he knew what he knew and that was kind of that.

14 years later I am sitting here watching on the news an ambulance leaves the driveway of his home, the big gates, the crowds outside the gates, the coverage, the crowds outside the hospital, the Cause of death and what may have led up to it and the memory of this conversation hit me, as did the unstoppable tears.

A predicted ending by him, by loved ones and by me, but what I didn't predict was how much it was going to hurt when it finally happened.

The person I failed to help is being transferred right now to the LA County Coroners office for his Autopsy.

I take that back. I've just read that

    >>>Debbie Rowe has never given up any of her parental rights. As a result, under California law, Rowe is now presumed to be the person who will get custody. The only way Rowe can be denied custody is if a court determines it would be "detrimental to the children."<<<

What's this money everyone keeps talking about?

Jackson was reportedly up to his eyeballs in debt, he owes nearly half a billion bucks!

Granted, he has a lot of assets too, but I'm wondering if selling off all that stuff will even make a dent.

$400,000 is a LOT of cash.
