Either way, I hope he hasn't passed. Say what you will about the man's personal life but he is a legend and was my absolute favorite musical artist growing up. I would hate to see him pass so soon.

But it doesn't look good. If you're in cardiac arrest and you aren't breathing... death is likely. Some reports are that he's in a coma. That sounds to me like machines are keeping him "alive" until his family all has their time with him.

Again, I'd love for TMZ to be wrong and for the guy to pull through. He's the parent to three children, if for no other reason.

I hope and pray that his many oddities did not include abusing children. I think he had an odd attraction to children, but feel with Neverland Ranch he was just trying to give them an idealized childhood he never had. With all the investigations by folks who truly wanted to put him in jail, they never were able to come up with anything that would stick. I think the source of the rumors likely were people seeing an opportunity for a big payday.

I know I could be wrong, but I sure hope I'm not.

I was never a fan but had great respect for his work. It facinated me that someone who was on the charts when I was a teenager was there when my daughter was also. How many teenagers have their music being played on oldies stations?
I too agree that if he was guilty he would have gone to jail. I know how those cases work and it does not take much evidence and they never had any.
My heart goes out to his family and fans.

Right now, I feel like someone has taken a knife to my childhood.
