When Toon Town formally goes down, which I don't know when that is - but i think it should be this fall, or one would hope it is, otherwise this project is taking forever.

And he has a meet and greet during SWW, but it would be awesome for him to talk instead of being one of the few mute Star Wars characters during the event.

I think it's very similar to MILF and Turtle Talk. There's someone talking for him that can hear everything in the room, at least that's what I'm guessing.

Voice changing doesn't seem reliable enough for this application, but I'm just guessing.

They just have to get James Earl Jones to do the voice. The one at the D23 Expo was horrid.
