To be fair, at my upscale community pool I watched a neighbor (who I don't know) encourage his two daughters to pee in the pool (smaller than most Disney resorts and with about 15 others in it) over the weekend (they were about 6 and 8) because he had no key to the restroom, wouldn't ask anyone and wouldn't drive the brats home. I sensed the police in my future (gotta love the USA!) if I confronted him, so I exited the pool and went home while the kiddies went in the pool!
