But my evil neighbors are all about control. They want a say into what I am going to do with my property. And since I'm not giving them a same.. then they are fighting this hand, tooth and nail. The next phase is going to be a solid rock 10' to 12' privacy wall going the entire length of the backyard 250 ft. I estimate its going to cost in the neighborhood of 50K. I'm going to hold off on that at least until after the July trip and the Big Meet.

I swear, if I were in your situation, a fence would have been my VERY FIRST project. Good fences make good neighbors-- --or at least keep the hellish ones in their own place.
