My Evil neighbors are at it again.

    Most reasonable people after seeing that their neighbors are embarking on a MAJOR backyard redo would say "hummm this might make my property value go up since my next door neighbor is spending a lot of money on their backyard". But my evil neighbors are all about control. They want a say into what I am going to do with my property. And since I'm not giving them a same.. then they are fighting this hand, tooth and nail.

    The next phase is going to be a solid rock 10' to 12' privacy wall going the entire length of the backyard 250 ft. I estimate its going to cost in the neighborhood of 50K. I'm going to hold off on that at least until after the July trip and the Big Meet.

    Either one sounds like a fantastic plan. I swear, if I were in your situation, a fence would have been my VERY FIRST project. Good fences make good neighbors--
    --or at least keep the hellish ones in their own place.

    I saw the backyard last night just before sundown. It looks great. I am at work today, but I promise I will post some pics tomorrow. The backyard looks like a gold course literally, LOL. Oh course its not near done yet. Still have to build walls, put in a fense and then plant trees, bushes and hardscape.
