He has just rung them again to ask why noone came yesterday as arranged, but there was no answer, so he had to ring a central number, who were going to pass a message on that he was available now! He feels a bit better this morning, and Im surprised at how he looks a bit better already too. No bruising on his cheek yet. I wiped the gunk off his swollen eye, his eye lashes were stuck together. But now he says it hurts more, because that was sealing his eye closed, and now his eye feels like it is trying to open, and because of the swelling it cant. He says he will walk to the house in the next couple of days to thank the couple for letting him in.I wondered about calling myself today with some flowers, but I think he wants to wait so he can go too.Its not far from our house, but I think its a bit ambitious for him to walk yet really. We have had so many texts and calls wishing him well. He is really touched by everyones support and kindness.
