I noticed at least three parties getting up and leaving in the middle, which I don't think I've ever seen before. I'm not sure if I would call it a must do, but it's a very fulfilling experience, and I've never had a bad time in there. And on top of all that, the thunder was really really loud, which I thought was amazing, since you never seem to hear any thing coming from the building as you're walking by on the path. I'll definately need to stop in again soon. (Even if it isn't my next visit)

That single cut streamlined the show without losing any of the charm. (Except the line "You stay offen my bach, and I'll stay offen yours!") Call me a heretic, but I find the original Country Bears show disjointed and badly paced. The Tiki Room, on the other hand, builds and flows beautifully. The Tiki Room is also important because it is the very first all audio-animatronic show. Walt was so proud of it. It paved the way for Pirates, the Haunted Mansion, and all the original Epcot pavilions. That it is still running to appreciative audiences today is nothing short of a wonder. It also is a delightful slice of mid-century kitsch. America's love affair with exotic realms led to Tiki themed bars, bowling alleys, and restaurants. Most of them are long gone, but the Tikki Room lives on. For those who are concerned about the future of this attraction, bear in mind that a great deal of money was spent to lovingly refurbish and restore it. It is still fully sponsored. Best of all, it occupies a rather small footprint, so it could hardly be replaced by some new, flashy interloper.

Plus, we took the Walk in Walts Fooststeps tour and they showed us one of the original flowers and gave us lots of information about the tiki room. I highly reccomend the tour. Cheshire Cat
