As I watched the tape, I realized that this was a special that had been on British television, probably in the late 80's. They had a historian introduce first the cartoon and then the movie. I assume the seller had taped the special when it was on and was now selling duplicates. If he did tape it from a broadcast show, I wouldn't classify his copy as a bootleg; mine on the other hand basically is, although I didn't know that when I purchased it. But I will keep it in my private collection; I don't intend to distribute it at all, especially for any kind of profit.
