But as far as Disneyland hotel and Grand California they where still more expensive with no deals to give me at the time, because of a cheer leading competition that had booked allot of there rooms. I also booked it in January I don't know if that had anything to do with it probably not but I am not sure.

And I'm including AP special rates, which might price a few rooms below HoJo's price, once in a blue moon. Now maybe when you're buying tickets too, it doesn't seem like that much of a difference, or maybe Disney even throws them in for basically "free" during slow periods. But it's certainly untrue that HoJo's costs more *most* of the time.
