They are nice in there and if you follow the instructions of how to post a link to add you as a friend, you will find people joining you quickly. I have 62 in my mob from doing this. Also, read some of the postings by the ladies and you can click their links to add them as friends. Once they are added, send them a Mob Wars invite. They will join your mob which then makes you join theirs.

You get them by doing jobs, beating up people, or by doing hits. Under the Godfather section, you can get favor points by buying them. (I did once as a "tip" to the game creator). Where did you see skill points?
