I get it, the dispatcher isn't in law enforcement, Zimmerman is under no obligation to listen to them. But it just screams that this guy was living out his paranoid fantasy to stop a criminal in the act. He called 911, got an answer he didn't like (and probably didn't expect) and did what he wanted to anyway. I don't use the word fantasy lightly; criminal psychology, while hardly an exact science, agrees that violent criminals often live out their fantasies in their heads long before they commit a crime. Do not fail to appreciate how deluded these people become, living inside their own heads.

This is where Zimmerman has been caught in a big lie. There is no way he didn't know where he was at that point. He claims he got out of his truck to look at a street sign to see where he was, when Trayvon supposedly jumped him from behind. He was near the main entrance and the clubhouse, where everyone has to go to get their mail. That's where everyone's mailbox is located, right outside the entrance to the clubhouse. How could Zimmerman not know where he was? They also showed one of the sidewalks in the community that runs behind the backside of townhomes, between Twin Trees and Retreat View Circle. Apparently, Trayvon headed down Twin Trees and then turned left onto the first sidewalk he saw, which was a short sidewalk that lead to the larger one running behind a group of townhomes, where he was ultimately shot. Residents who lived next to that sidewalk were the ones who called 911 when they heard Trayvon screaming for help in their "backyards." There isn't much space between the buildings where that sidewalk is located, which is why you can clearly hear the screams for help and then the gunshot in the background of those 911 calls. If Zimmerman is obviously lying about not knowing where he was in the complex, then why should we believe him about getting out of his truck, except to pursue Trayvon on foot down that sidewalk? I firmly believe he's lying through his teeth about Trayvon jumping him from behind in an effort to build a plausible 'self-defense' alibi for shooting Trayvon.

In the last ten months, this guy called 911 three times just to report black youths. But no, let's not draw conclusions about what motivated Zimmerman.

This also increases the number of times he reported suspicious black kids to four. >>The more that comes out about this guy the more you learn he was not.<< Why, cause his dad says he has black friends? Yeah, that definitely counts as not racist. It's extremely telling that to Donny, the biggest problem here isn't that an innocent kid is dead, it's that meanie pants liberals are painting poor old "Zimm" as a racist. Wow.

Originally Posted By skinnerbox <<The more that comes out about this guy the more you learn he was not.>> Absolutely not the case. This is what Zimmerman is heard saying on his 911 call with the dispatcher before chasing after Trayvon: ZIMMERMAN: Shit, he's running. 911: He's running? Which way is he running? ZIMMERMAN: Down towards the other entrance of the neighborhood. 911: Which entrance is that that he's heading towards? ZIMMERMAN: The back entrance. [pause] F@#$ing c**ns. You want to tell me that this sort of language isn't racist? Really? Orlando Sentinel interviewed a young African-American teenager who lives in the complex, who's had encounters with Zimmerman prior to the shooting. He and his friends have tried to be friendly with the guy, saying 'hi' to him while he does his patrols, but Zimmerman has never said 'hi' in return. Zimmerman even once accused a non-resident black friend of this teen of stealing a resident's bike, and it wasn't even missing. WTF? Zimmerman is a racist, Donny. Sorry that doesn't mesh with your ideal image of the guy. But the facts speak for themselves. Zimmerman profiled Trayvon as a troublemaker because he was black and was wearing a hoodie. That's it. Had Trayvon been a white adult wearing a hoodie, Zimmerman wouldn't have thought twice about it. Zimmerman overreacted because Trayvon was black. Period. End of story. And the 'effn c**ns' comment to the dispatcher confirms the racial profiling and his racist attitude.

We've asked you repeatedly to respond, but you keep on posting as if we never asked. And the more information that surfaces regarding this individual, the more you dig in your heels and defend him. Why? Why are you defending 'Zimm' so strongly? Is it because you know the guy? Is Zimmerman the neighborhood watch dude who patrols your 'apartment complex' with a loaded weapon, which you strongly agree with and advocate? How can you defend this guy, given the overwhelming evidence that Zimmerman was playing cop with a loaded gun and deliberately looking for trouble? He allowed his overactive imagination, paranoia, and racial bias to quickly conclude that Trayvon was a troublemaker even though the kid was doing nothing out of the ordinary. He was simply walking back to his father's fiancee's townhome from the convenience store with his iced tea and pack of Skittles. That's it. But Zimmerman was thoroughly convinced that Trayvon was up to no good, simply because he was black and wearing a hoodie. And Zimmerman immediately called 911 and reported a problem when none existed. NONE. Had Zimmerman simply stayed back and watched Trayvon for a while, instead of leaping into action as the wannabe cop on the beat out to deter crime, he would have eventually seen Trayvon end up at his father's fiancee's townhome and go inside. Through the unlocked front door. Zimmerman would have known at that point that Trayvon was a guest of a resident, not someone looking to break into a place or steal property. That's what Zimmerman SHOULD have done, Donny. That's what REGISTERED neighborhood watch participants are TRAINED to do. The fact that Zimmerman couldn't be bothered to register with the NSA and USAonWatch and *follow their guidelines* about how to properly and safely conduct neighborhood watch activities, proves conclusively that he was actively looking for trouble. Zimmerman was patrolling the community hoping to find someone he could engage as a wannabe cop. That's why he acted the way he did. And that's not what neighborhood watch is about. But Zimmerman defied the rules and did what he wanted to do, anyway. And this is someone you want to defend? Someone who's obviously racist and looking for trouble where none exists? Unbelievable.

Consequently, since his posts here and refusal to answer give me license to do so, I have concluded that Donny must think killing Martin was an acceptable outcome based on the totality of the circumstances, which includes the facts as we know them applied against Florida law. Otherwise, a simple "no" was all he had to type. One word. "No". Donny will be treated accordingly.
