He can't get into show scene specific but he has been answering some questions on its construction schedule and design. They did the rockwork for Grizzley so the rockwork for Nemo should be quite impressive.

Unless the sub windows are in any way encumbered, these will be visible to guests inside the subs. Guests along the path will be able to see them only through the water. The original ruins in the caverns are an entirely different matter. Since a new show and new storyline is being created, it stands to reason these will be removed. Perhaps they are being recycled into show decor along the promenade.

Being that those artefacts in your photo are being constructed on either side of the track then they will be visible to guests. My point was that the ruins from one of the show scenes is to be scrubbed clean and placed in the lagoon for guests walking past the Matterhorn to look at. The three seagulls will also be triggered by a passing sub but be out of sight and earshot to sub guests.
