I expect (based on previous years) that those buying dining packages won't know til close in what time and day they might get. This is all very preliminary, so comments and suggestions are welcome!

Originally Posted By LuLu Can someone confirm the first seating time for Candlelight dining packages? I believe it was around 3pm - this is why I'm not planning on a luncheon meet Saturday or Sunday. A dinner meet is out b/c of folks wanting to see CP, with or w/o dining. Now if we end up NOT doing a meal, the "big meet" could be similar to the Lunchtime Lounge meet, and could be Sat. or Sun. I'm concerned we may have too many people to pull that off, which is why 999 has been researching catered meal options for this "big meet."
