Originally Posted By murfsmom my dh brought up that name and i forgot to add it to the, . list maybe because i was so shocked that he even thought about a name for a cat!!!!!! we have them but it's because of me, everytime he 's mad about something he looks at the cats in the back yard and says we need to get rid of those cat's !! of course we all know he won't do but he has to get it out of his system !! like you ram1984 we have some that are "permanent visitors" i swear if theres a stray cat with in a mile of my house it shows up!! i feed our 5 in the back at night and i look up and on the wall theres one sitting there looking at me with that look that only a cat can give you and of course i'm a sucker so i put food up there for him, ok ,well by the end of the week there were 4 sitting up there !!! dh has no clue about those although he did bring up that we've been going through a lot af cat food lately !! LOL have fun with your new addition !!!

I wish you many happy years together!! We used to have a solid black cat with beautiful eyes. When we got him he was an adult cat and already named Toby but we always referred to him as Kunta Kitty. (think of Roots) We just loved him to pieces and though he's been gone many years now I still miss him. Like Murfsmom, every stray cat in our vicinity always seems to end up on our doorstep. And when they look up at you and meow so pitifully with those little rib bones protruding how can you turn away? We're just suckers I tell ya!
