Other public and private people have also confirmed TLM for 20K. Combine that with the business strategy of multiple installations and it looks pretty straight-forward. DAK and Monsters rumors been around for a while. Not sure how to reconcile them. Lee H. does have a very good reputation.

Yes the oil companys are hosing the American people right now. Now, are you saying when Obama is elected oil prices will drop because of it?
