Fun, like going into the HM with a first timer. I love watching people's reactions. Since usually I only go to WDW every 2-3 years, even though I know what's next, I still enjoy stuff like Indy. Maybe if I saw it 2-3 times a year, then I'd find it stale.

I am afraid they would redo it and try to save money and we would be left with a show that has been cut to the bone. So in light of that thinking I'll just keep the show I know I like rather then trust Disney to do a first class redo at this point. As for the backlot, It has so much potential, that one I say redo. I think it could be made a great attraction without having to lay out tons of cash. Since it isn't a working backlot anymore just make it a show. Simply tour through various sets where things are occuring on each set to entertain us.

Why not add a live action Pirates of the Caribbean or National Treasure scene? Either could work great. As a quick side note, Indy and LMA are both stunt shows but attempt to show 2 very different aspects of film making. I think both can exist. However, after 20 year the Indy show could certainly use a refresh. The basics are great. Just an updated plot and fresh lines and better technology (equalling a bigger wow factor) is all this show really needs.

I have photos of one of the residential houses all "dressed" and "camera ready" with a Panavision camera and craft service truck standing by. The tour guides would exclaim, "Oh, here's part of the backlot ready for filming! The crew must be on a break." Funny thing, though-- it was like that for months. Then I found out the Panavision camera was an empty case, the craft service truck a dummy, and there was nothing filming...
