It would be like going to a cinema in the US that happened to be owned by Sony and having all the pre-show announcements in Japanese just because they didn't bother to translate and re-record them - that would never happen.

But you're right, the opposite would never happen in America!

If you are a resident of Urayasu with young children you will have received a family card. You can show this card at the concession stand to receive free popcorn and can upsize it for 100yen. Wednesdays are lady's days and tickets are only 1000yen for women. Late night shows are 1000 or 1200yen depending on the day of the week. The first Monday of every month is fan day and tickets are only 1000yen for anyone. Also don't forge to ask for the point card, it's free and after 6 movies you get a free ticket!

Monsters University at Toho Cinemas in Yurakucho. It's also my first 3d movie. GREAT MOVIE!!! I'm not a resident of Urayasu, so I guess the family card is out of the question. I will definitely get the point card though. They love their point cards here in Japan!!1 Thanks for the tip. Another update to the blog. This time, it's a review of an eatery in Ikspiari. I hope you guys will like this one. Thanks so much for the support guys.
