    Tapestry wasn't my favorite event in Epcot, but it's better than nothing. I don't mind it coming back, but I would much prefer something new and innovative.

    On more of a light note though....I surely do, but times have changed. I no longer quite expect that -- but a yearly 'freshening' of the parade would sure be nice.....and a major overhaul no more than every 4 - 5 years.

    Now I bet they have extensive survey information thhat shows the frequency of visits for 'Joe Average' family and I am willing to be it is in the 5 year or so timeframe for the median value , or surely the mode value. So accountants take over and say " why change for xx% that visit mutliple times yearly, when our average guest family comes every 3 - 5 years ? "

    even though we all now they have the money, parades - from creation to execution- cost multi-millions more than they ever did. especially depending on how ambitious the creative director is with the production. higher ups just don't see spending that money on something like parades every few years.

    oh well, at least OLC does. even though Dreams on Parade still is their basic day parade, and for several years now, they always have new special events parades that completely change every year.
