They did with Ren and Stimpy too.

They're irreverent, funny, silly, and best of all CARTOONY!!!! These cartoons aren't about lens flares and hyper realism or Broadway show tunes (not that there's anything wrong with that). They're rubbery, bouncy, giddily CARTOONS and proud of it!

I love the small world-ish design of the Swiss Alps short. I thought the beach one was hilarious and finally addressed the issue of no-pants Donald in an amusing way. The Tokyo one was awesome -- especially the little Nintendo moment in the tunnel. LOL!

Chasing an escaping hot dog through NYC? Brilliant!!! I love that some of the inanimate objects spring to life -- only in real cartoons can this happen (and some of the less reputable delicatessens around Canal Street.)

Seriously, these cartoons are truly awesome. I hope they make dozens and dozens more!

And did you notice the shutters of the window Minnie was singing out of were painted in the exact same way as those in the Matterhorn Bobsleds queue? Loved that.

Maybe it's because Mickey isn't yelling, "Oh, Toodles" every few seconds...

    Love the swisskapolka one.

My wife has always hated cartoon shorts. I've tried teaching her some appreciation to no avail. I did finally coax a small smile out of her at the end of the Tokyo one though.

The running gag in my house now - we became obsessed with the obnoxious cuckoo clock bird who just yells COO-COO! Every so often the room will get super quiet, and one of us will yell it. A good parent is me.
