Don't worry about that. The most they would take out and use would be some of the figures. Everything else will be brand new and quite nice.

Even if they do all this, aren't we talking a 5 year minimum timeframe here?

Is Staggs even going to be in this job that long?

It just seems like way too many ifs, whens and afters for me to be fully convinced that it will ever happen like that.

Great if they change my mind and it does. But I'm still putting money on the princesses being there as temporarily as the wand was, at minimum.

If HKDL already has the plans drawn out, wouldn't it be sensible to just copy and adapt them for WDW? By adapt, I acknowledge that it would probably be a bit smaller in area in order to fit the plans, but this still seems to me to be the likely choice. Instead of the back scratching bear switching the tracks, I could see the witch pulling the lever.

If that's the case, they better close the old SWSA, even if it it's only for M&G.

Exactly. This gives them too much room to screw up.

Can we even think of a phase two that has actually been completed in recent years?

No, if that ever makes it's way to Florida, the theme will be loosely coming with it.

Why replace it with M/Gs? Why not put in a new ride?

The Dwarf mine-train coaster sounds fine, especially if done right, but I'm betting that the princesses either never totally leave (some might move to the new Skyway location), while others stay behind and the rest becomes some giant Disney Store selling more princess crap. Sure, they MAY have plan for this to be temporary and replace it with a new dark ride (I've heard a Beauty & the Beast ride mentioned before, though that sounds doubtful now with the Be Our Guest restaraunt greenlighted). Hopefully SOMETHING will go in there sooner than later. Personally, I'll miss Snow White's Scary Adventures. It was evocative of a simpler era in Disney history where storytelling was foremost as opposed to selling more princess dresses and such. It's a fun little ride that we always try to ride at the MK. It's a great "old-style", C-Ticket dark ride and nothing more. It never tries to be. I truly wish there were more of these types of rides in the MK like there are at Disneyland. The five Fantasyland C-Ticket rides at DL are always a treat. I only wish the MK would add a few more, too.

Mark my words...if they take out SWSA, it will be a LONG time before they install a new dark ride to take its place, if ever!

Whoa, whoa, whoa. The Quail-Tile Bathroom could become princessfied?! There's your major news story!
