But of course....it would be unfair to blame it on the imagineers as they are capable of exceeding expectations still (TDS prooved that) but they can only do so much with the given budgets, but if they were able to upgrade HKDL's JC and Tarzan's Treehouse, then it would only be expected that some newer technology had made it way into HKDL's Pooh ride. Sadly, it didn't happen.

If I’m not mistaken, MK's was the first one to open (not sure when TDL's superior version opened)...now DL's opened in 03- nearly 5 years later. HK's has opened 7 years after the original MK attraction. To me, it is a GIVEN that it should have been vastly improved. Any ride being 'cloned' from a 7 year old ride should be given a large update- especially since 3 other versions have been opened prior and the park is being built from scratch, not a ride being put into an already-existing building/setting. Very disappointing on the part of HKDL.

The parties I heard this from claim they know the name of the new sponsor, but couldn't say who it was at this time. No speculation on what this might mean to SSE and it's classic attraction as yet.
