The Stitch AA figure in Orlando would be enormous and totally out of scale in comparison to the tiki birds. I'm betting the Stitch going into that room is much smaller and more close to the scale of the creature in the film. Maybe I won't find him so obnoxious if he's speaking in Japanese.
