    This is sounding so negative with all of my "stops". Let's make it positive (something I have a huge problem doing....)

    1) Start getting all of my pictures organized, so when someone asks for a Rick Springfield picture I can actually show it.....

    2) Start exercising. The rain can't keep me inside forever.....

    3) Clear out all of the useless clutter in my basement. After moving all of that crap, I'm not sure why I brought it all with me in the first place.

    I know there's more, but right now those things are on my mind.

    Time to get more active again. I did great swimming frequently last summer, but sadly, exercise doesn't seem to continue giving health benefits for months after you stop doing it (which is clearly a design flaw). ;-) Gotta get walking and lifting weights again. My initial goal is three times a week for each.

    For this year (and the past 4), I will live each day like it were my last. Eating what I want, playing with my kids instead of cleaning the house, and appreciating my husband more.

    always said I should join a gym, and I have, maybe if I combined it with eating less and stopping sneaking the kids chocolate it might make more of a difference!...lol

    My old gym actually had an underwater treadmill in the pool. It was designed for people that had joint problems, but I would imagine that it would have been quite a workout for anyone, depending on how fast you set it.

    those are just some on my list for this year. last year I got to 1 of the many on my list, this year I hope to get to at least 2 or 3 of them.
