If she opens the door to personal age attacks then I will return the favor. I never asked for her rude comment so I responded with my own age comment defense. Since ursula thinks Im 14 then here is a 14 year old response back to her.
Originally Posted By danyoung >that was ursula starting with a personal insult to me< Ursula's first post in this thread was # 42, in which she said, and I quote - "How old are you, WaterBuffa?" Seemed like she was just trying to put some of your rather bizarre statements into some kind of context. You didn't seem to want to discuss this issue as much as make declarations of fact, and then belittle anyone who disagreed with you. And you continue to think that you have been harmed by others, even though if you read this thread from the beginning it's very clear that you were totally insulting to others first. The LP crowd is a lively one - if you want to dish it out, be sure you can take it!

You are obviously extremely immature and today paenting ( when you have this nasty attitude towards your own flesh and blood and her kid) should not be something you try. Too many examples of what that leads to are out there. You came across as a know it all - telling parents like myselves and others we were virtually clueless on kids at the parks -- it's you my friend that are clueless. If you're offended - that's really too bad..maybe next time you'll think before you speak and not preach to people about something you know nothing about. I've been around here quite a long time and can tell you the number of run ins I've had on one hand -- there's a reason for that. So save the martyr act for someone else or elsewhere- read the replies you are getting amd try andcomprehend what people are telling you. And adding to that martyr act was not that you should never have kids- but when you hae such a nasty opinion of how your own sister handles her children and then extrapolate that out to all parents, the last thing you need to be is a parent - right now. Someday maybe you will see chldren as God's gifts that they are-- you certainly do not now. A child deserves more understanding than tha. If you don't get that - you prove my point

We spent months helping them plan their trip - explaining overwhelming size of WDW and laid out daily plans - that they say they tried to stick to as much as possible- while have fallback plans for rain - overtiredness etc. They had a great time - said the two oldest kids had a blast and really spent more non fightinh time with each other than they ever do. The parents were thrilled with that. They said the 7month old was not an issue - even dining wise. They did two EMH nights and Grandma stayed at the resort with the 7 month old during the late hours. Usually we planning dining around nap time and kept to more family friendly venues anyway. They were so thrilled with their visit they bought into SS while there -- got a deal with double points first year so are taking more of the family next trip.

I said that I was sure we would make it to the bar @ R&C more than once during our visit & if I saw you @ the end of the bar(your location I believe) I'ld buy you a martini. Wow I can't believe my old brain remembered all that as I'm pretty sure it's older than yours. Anyway I'll be looking for you.

I've probably had it maybe twice, and didn't really enjoy the taste. But with several different varieties on hand, perhaps I could find one that's palatable. > I said that I was sure we would make it to the bar @ R&C more than once during our visit & if I saw you @ the end of the bar(your location I believe) I'ld buy you a martini.< Any plan that involves someone else buying me martinis is a terrifc plan - I'm proud to be a part of this great plan!
