One would have to have an Abundance of Tunnel Vision not to see that fact..

No passholder wrong again...I don't dislike Chicago at all , you just dislike people who see them differently than you...do...

Tonites game is a great game...this is what we have been waiting for, hawks are out shooting the flyers 2-1 , but the game is end to end...the referees have made poor calls on both teams, they should put their whistles away and let the players decide the game, not them, they have done enough of that already...

Hey vbdad..I can see the hawks want it over tonite for sure , they sure do deserve it on the play, this is the team we have be waiting to watch....all the could of , stuff is just normal chatter that everyone talks about ...as a coach and you should know this your self, this is what we take back to the drawing boards in practise...all the time

We have had some great chats on this thread , some differences , that is fine , we are seeing the game from different perspectives , I told it like it was on our own team, I calls em as I sees them..
I am a pretty respected coach, official in these parts....would be in your neck of the woods too...I can take the garbage , some people just thrive
on being followers so you have to just accept it and move on...I think that this series will end tonite..with ten minutes to go in the 2nd , the hawks still look fresh, well good luck...

Pass holder The Fact of the matter is..you might as well try the Soccer thread, cause your out to lunch on this one..

You know, since you seem to want to persist with this- you're so full of crap here. Just full of it. I really don't care one whit how much you think you know about the game, your "analysis" here is so far off target it defies logic and reasoning. I'm sorry, but you just won't shut up.

The Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup. They won because they were better than anyone else. Period. And you're just going to have to live with that.

Understand they may take the Cup to Wrigley - as the Cubs are playing the Sox

Congratulations to Rocky Wirtz- who decided to bring the team into the 21st century - hired the right people- put the product on TV here for the first time in 40 years...and was rewarded today !

And the best part, Cup appearances seem to happen all summer in and around the city. It doesn't end for the winning city until the drop of the puck during the first game of the next season. ENJOY!!!

Roenick was getting killed here in Philly. So much so, he did at least 3 seperate radio interviews to try and explain himself. And I liked Roenick when he was with the Flyers, but c'mon. This was the same guy who 3 weeks earlier said he was rooting for the Sharks over the Hawks.

"Chicago Blackhawks, man. Blubber, blubber, blubber".

    Yikes.

yeah he was on the radio here too after the Philly whack jobs were all over him....geez, the man has a passion for the team that drafted him and he played the longest for - 9 years. He was run out of town by the terrible duo of Bob Pulford and Old Man Wirtz - because he was vocal - he never wanted to leave. Have met him a number of times and JR always a stand up guy - He said he's going into HoF ( if he gets elected) as a Hawk - period.

So kill the guy for having some emotion...really crappy. Yet had to listen to Milbury and his east coast bias all series...
