I just thought Pnut was looking for something quick on the way. If you like B-burritos there are two places that are fairly good - Tequilla's Taquiria on North Vasco near PW market on your left...Starbucks is there too. There is another Taquiria on South Vasco behind the 7 -11 on the right (next to another Starbucks - we have 10!) Yes Wente is awesome but do they serve breakfast? I know it is quite pricey...

It's very central since when I get there I'm all over the place... San Jose area, Fremont, Hayward, Oakland, SF, Concord, Stockton, and more. Sometimes I even pop over to Sacramento from Livermore. It's weird, I wont drive to the bay area from Sac, but I seem to have no problem driving from Livermore to Sac in the morning. Only problem is, Livermore seems to be popular with other business travelers, it's hard for me to get rooms at the places I like to stay. Last time I had to stay in Tracy, [yuck] actually it wasn't too bad.

I don't have a clue to which place in Pleasanton Big Thunder is talking about - but I think the Red Tractor at Hacianda Crossing serves breakfast and does Millis in same center?

Peeaanuut, if your hunger can't make it to Livermore have you considered stopping at Anderson's in Santa Nella? I love to stop there and can rarely get DH to agree when we are sooo close to home. It's a tad kistchy (sp) which is the charm. Good food and NICE restrooms

Andersons is the restaurant with the windmill, Pea Soup Andersons, there is one on 101 in Buelton too. It's connected to a Best Western. Don't be put off by the Pea Soup name They both have a coffee shop and a restaurant (menu is similar) with lots on the menu including frikadellar and medestapolse (SP? Danish meatballs and sausages) and have a full breakfast menu. Each also has a "bakery" section with pasteries and cookies for the road Now I'm hungry and I just ate breakfast!
