Two other cast members were so engrossed in their own conversations that they totally ignored guests who were trying to get their attention. When we reported this to Guest Relations we were told that most of the complaints they get from guests at Epcot are people who've had bad experiences with the cast members from Norway. So it would seem there really is a lack of caring from that country.

As far as epcot goes, it just needs to refresh its films and also refresh maelstrom a little bit.
