We can have our kids learn about Veterans in school on November 10th.

Both my Grandfather and my hubby's Grandfather were at Pearl Harbor. You can learn a great lot from listening to them. It is a history lesson from those that personally experienced it, and my child, has gained a lot from their experiences.

They have people come in and speak about their experiences during the wars and help really get across the meaning about how important our veterans are. Ok, my post doesn't even relate to Disneyland anymore. Hmmmm....how to tie DL in..... Do Veterans get a discount on park tickets today? I know they get in for free at Sea World.

But if the fire marshall says no more entry, then even APs won't be let in until they start allowing people to enter again. /cs

It's not about just having a day off of school or work, but a day to reflect on what our freedoms cost us all.....
