While I was truly sad to see her leave it also occured to me that there were problems not addressed under her watch as well. I love it when execs provide personal attention to guests and make special events fun... but then reality would always hit me when I walked around the park in the last few years... Kind of like a teenager who's so gracious and polite but never cleans up their room nor is very well organized. I can't say I know all the details because I don't - but I wish Cynthia had a really strong right hand person with her vision on the "fun" but with a focus on the everyday...
