The stats from your link are a DIFFERENT metric, and no one is saying anything is rosy now. Obama inherited a huge mess, no question, but - ta da! - the U6 number was also a lot higher than the U3 number under Bush. Apples to apples, or it's dishonest. And on that graph you linked to - did you notice even that number was coming down a bit in 2010? No one is going to fix the WORST economy since the great freaking Depression in one year. Obama said not to expect it - yet Republicans are acting as if he could just wave a magic wand and make it happen, and if he can't, he's already failed. And some people buy it hook, line, and sinker.
