I must say i have been rather skepticle about this whole Stitch Re-do. I too loved AE. I was a CM when it opened and got to do a CM preview of it complete with underground entry into the attraction. (which beleive me was even more scary because you heard some eerie noices coming into the attraction that way) Anyway, I am keeping an open mind about the re-do now!! Thanks for the report Doobie!!

I can tell you that there were cast members everywhere judging the audience reaction. They were also measuring kids before letting them in - they said that they were trying to determine height requirements. They also made it very clear that we would be kicked out immediately if we took a camera out and tried to take pictures. We were just walking by the area at a few minutes before 5pm and they were letting people in. I don't know if they will follow the same schedule daily but it couldn't hurt to try... Hope this helps any of you who will be going before the official opening date next month.

Aquamoptop....as a non CM I always like to see / hear stuff from current and former CM's as I believe you bring a different perspective to things..and it must be a while as I have been a reg for near 5 -6 months I would say...and haven't seen you...but obviously you are well known to the mainstays...cool

    Sounds kinda stupid to me.

And I too liked AE. But I am hoping that the new ride does it better. Although hearing that Stitch seems to spend most of his time spitting all over the place doenst excite me.

You're right... aping the behavior of half the children in the audience can't be all that entertaining for anybody, can it?

    Why not?

It fits right in with the typical WDW guest of 2004!

I can just see it now... the technology of the future is a teleporter that can send you a whopping 25 feet! Impressive.
Or better yet... the fugitives of the future are so dumb that they escape prison only to hide right outside the prison walls. Brilliant.
Also, I just moved from Florida... when did the tourists start spitting? Did I miss something?

They sure are missing out on sales when they only have a handful of product in the stores.
