Just let the parks do what they do and enjoy (or not) and quit pitting them against each other. It's silly.

Disney, on the other hand, keeps getting gayer and gayer. Pretty soon it'll be all fairies and nothing - including the rides - will have anything remotely resembling balls in it. Universal will OWN Disney - it's already begun, with the vastly superior Harry Potter ride (World of Color? GAY!!!)

But that was usually followed by "So it couldn't have been the weather because the better park (DL) kept getting good numbers." In this case, the better park (IOA) has never done as well as the lesser park (USF). That has always seemed odd to me, and I would have to chalk it up to "Universal Studios" being the "brand name" that more people choose if they decide to only devote one day to UO.

This year they had Joan Rivers for Gay Days at Hard Rock and the superstar dance club DJ Tony Moran spinning inside Universal Studios. They had a big homo dance party blow-out and some rides open. The stage also had performers. and yes ... sounds like he has issues lol

There has been some discussion about crowds on several boards and yesterday though an unusual day certainly showed the problems that the small area will bring. On a similar note, everywehere I turned on Friday I saw HP either on the television or the newspapers. Every evening newscast showed the crowds and interviewed a guest who did not see HP because of the massive crowds. Personally I thought anyone who went out there Friday was nuts, but it also cast a bad pall over what should have been a great day at IOA. If they dont get a handle on the crowds they can have some real word of mouth problems.
